  How to get started?

  Why does the bot not work after restarting the browser?

If the bot is working, and if you restart your browser, you may need to click the pause button to PAUSE the bot first, then click the CONTINUE button to let the bot continue to work.

  Why do I get status code 403 error?

First check if you can DM to others normally now, it is possible that DM is too frequent and is temporarily restricted. To solve the problem, wait a few hours, or change to another common account.
It is recommended not to DM too often, set the right random interval between DMs can reduce the probability of being risked.

  Why does the extension not work?

Maybe we have released a new version recently. And there may be a problem with the update mechanism of the extension. So just reinstall the extension and it should work again. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions at [email protected].

  Why is it not responding when I use google login?

You can wait a little longer, or switch the network or restart the browser to try.

  Why I have already paid for the subscription and it doesn't give me the pro version?

Maybe the billing email and the login email are mixed. You need to log in with your login email.

  Why IG DM Bot 0 completed?

First, please confirm that the entered information is correct, such as the spelling of username. Whether the user has set to disallow sending DM messages. The IG DM Bot currently does not support statistics for sending DM errors, only successful DMs are being counted at the moment.

Also, please note that users who have already been sent will not be sent again because there is a deduplication mechanism. If you need to send a follow-up message, you can use our IG DM Bot.
